MORE INFORMATION
If your computer is equipped with a pen, you can add pen comments, which are comments you can insert directly in the document window with a pen. Word treats a pen comment like any other drawing object. Pen comments don't appear in the comments pane, and Word doesn't insert comment marks in the document window.
To insert a pen comment, follow these steps:
- On the Tools menu, click Customize, and then click the Commands tab.
- In the Categories list, click Insert.
- Drag Pen Comment from the Commands list onto any displayed toolbar or menu.
- Click the Pen Comment button, and then write the comment directly in the document window.
