SYMPTOMS
Messages with three or more attachments can have the wrong name associated with the attachment.
CAUSE
The Microsoft Exchange Message Transfer Agent (MTA) is passing a message through an X.400 Connector to another Exchange Server computer with unreplicated directory information and the Allow MS Exchange Contents option disabled.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
