SYMPTOMS
When you print a workbook or or use the Print Preview command to preview a workbook, the wrong workbook is printed or previewed.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You have another workbook already open in Microsoft Excel.
-and-
- -and- You have a Component Object Model (COM) add-in loaded.
-and-
- -and- The COM add-in implements the event handler for the WorkbookBeforePrint callback.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

To temporarily work around this problem, turn off or unload the COM add-in or add-ins.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1/SR-1a.
