Problem: If the “%” expression operator is used to pass character parameters to a macro and the “.RADIX 16” directive is in force, the macro expansion yields an incorrect value.
Response: Microsoft confirmed this to be a problem in Version 4.00 of the Macro Assembler. The problem was corrected in Version 5.00.
