SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to start the Microsoft Clip Gallery to insert a clip into your document, you receive the following error message:
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the following conditions are true:
- You are a member of the built-in Users group or a group with equivalent privileges to the built-in Users group.
-and-
- One of the following methods was used to install Office 2000 on your computer:
- You installed Office 2000 while the Always install with elevated privileges group policy was turned on.
- You installed Office 2000 while the Always install with elevated privileges group policy was turned on.
-or-
- Office 2000 was assigned to your group by the system administrator.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
