SYMPTOMS
When you import appointments into Outlook from Lotus Organizer, version 2.12, those appointments marked Confidential are not imported. The Outlook conversion program for Lotus organizer 2.1 files will also import files from Organizer 2.12. However, those appointments marked as Confidential are ignored.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).

To temporarily work around this problem, use Lotus Organizer 2.12. Edit the appointments that are marked as Confidential so that they are normal appointments, and then import them using the Import/Export Wizard. You may want to select the option to not import duplicates if you have previously imported Organizer appointments.
