SYMPTOMS
When you use the Internet Explorer Active Setup switches /x and /r:y together, Setup does not process the r:y switch, and your computer does not restart when Setup finishes.
CAUSE
This problem can occur because the /x switch does not restart your computer.
RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, do not combine these switches when you run Setup.
