NOTE: These procedures only apply if you have installed Outlook with the Corporate or Workgroup (CW) option. This option allows you to use Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) services. To determine your installation type, on the Help Menu click About Microsoft Outlook. In About Microsoft Outlook you should see "Corporate" if you have the Corporate Workgroup installation.

This article describes how to delete a form used by Microsoft Outlook (CW) when it is no longer needed.

To remove a form you no longer need, follow these steps:

  1. Right-click the folder the form was published in, and then click Properties.
  2. On the Forms tab, click Manage, and then click Set.
  3. In the Set Library To window, select the forms library or folder that contains the published form, and then click OK.
  4. Click to select the form, and then click Delete.

To access the Forms Manager without selecting a folder, follow these steps:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Other tab.
  2. Click Advanced Options, and click Custom Forms.
  3. Click Manage Forms.

The Forms Manager will be displayed with the Organization Forms on the left and Personal Forms on the right. Either group can be changed by clicking Set for that group.
