SYMPTOMS

When using Microsoft Outlook 97 version 8.03.4629 and applying the following QFE files, custom forms are no longer visible on the Compose menu.

RESOLUTION

Install the Microsoft Office SR-2 patch.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Outlook 97, 8.03.4629 after applying the above QFE files. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Office 97 Service Release 2 (SR-2).
