SYMPTOMS
When you install SNA client for Windows NT, the setup process does not detect SNA Web client.
CAUSE
Functionality for detecting SNA Web client is not included with SNA client for Windows NT.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section of this article. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post more information in this article when the information becomes available.
This problem was corrected in the latest Microsoft SNA Server version 4.0 U.S. Service Pack. For information on obtaining this Service Pack, query on the following word in the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
