SUMMARY
The Proxy Server 2.0 Combined Hotfix is a collection of bug fixes combined into a single package for easy installation. If you are experiencing any of the problems listed below, it is recommended that you obtain the combined hotfix from Microsoft Product Support Services.

Note: The IIS 4.0 fix described in 192224 is a Dependency; it must be installed in addition to the Proxy Server Combined Hotifx.
The following problems have also been corrected but do not currently have Knowledge Base articles associated with them:
- Active cache stops working on some systems after a short period of time.
- Access Violation in WSPSRV under moderate load during restart.
- Access Violation in WSPSRV closing session with pending server ACCEPT.
- Small memory leak with SSL sessions.
