SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Project 98, when you click on a link in the Online User's Guide you may receive one of the following error messages, depending on your Web browser:
In Microsoft Internet Explorer:
In Netscape Navigator:
Where [driveletter] is the drive where you are running the file from.
CAUSE
These error messages are caused by invalid path references for hyperlinks contained in the Online User's Guide for Microsoft Project 98 that shipped on the Microsoft Project 98 CD.
NOTE: Files that were included with this version of the Online User's Guide for Microsoft Project 98 have dates of 9/12/97.
RESOLUTION
To correct this problem, use one of the following resolutions:
Resolution 1
Obtain the Microsoft Project 98, Service Release 1 (SR-1) CD-ROM. An updated version of Online User's Guide for Microsoft Project 98 is included.

Resolution 2
An updated version of the Online User's Guide for Microsoft Project 98 is available for download as a self-extracting, self-installing file called olg.exe. For more information on the Updated Online users guide, please see the following article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:

STATUS
This problem was corrected in Online User's Guide for Microsoft Project98 that shipped with Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service Release 1(SR-1).
