SYMPTOMS
During a system shutdown, Windows NT may display a blue screen with the following STOP error message:
The parameters are unknown.
CAUSE
One cause of this problem is that Srvsvc.dll may unload the Srv.sys driver before it can finish all of the worker threads completely.
RESOLUTION
