SYMPTOMS
When printing to a Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4Si printer, with the Windows NT supplied driver, using the A4 form and A4 paper size in portrait orientation, the unprintable region may be off by approximately eight millimeters (8mm).
RESOLUTION

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Windows NT 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition. This problem was first corrected in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 4.0 and Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition Service Pack 4.
