SUMMARY

The Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) e-mail program provided by CompuServe is not supported by Microsoft Outlook. To use Outlook as your e-mail client with the CompuServe online service, you must have an account that uses their enhanced POP3 e-mail service and install the Internet Mail version of Outlook.
