SYMPTOMS
The "Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" check box in the Properties of your Microsoft Outlook Contact folder appears dimmed.
CAUSE
The Internet Mail Only installation uses the Windows Address Book (WAB) for storing and managing Contacts. The Outlook Address Book is a service only available with the Corporate Workgroup installation of Outlook.
