- On a multi-page printout, the text stops printing.
- On a multi-page printout, gridlines disappear.
- On a multi-page printout, text fonts change style and size.
- On a multi-page printout, many pages print with little information on each page.
- A message that says:
This is followed by the message:
- Additional Gantt bars are drawn.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when scaling is any value other than 100 percent. When a project that normally prints on many pages is scaled to fit on fewer pages, Microsoft Project may truncate the data or print it in the wrong location.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem if you do not have SR-1, change the scaling factor to 100%. To do this, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, click Page Setup.
- On the Page tab, under Scaling, click Adjust To, and adjust the scaling value to 100% Normal Size.
RESOLUTION
This problem was corrected in Microsoft Project 98 for Windows, Service Release 1 (SR-1).
