SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Project 98, when you send a file using a routing slip (point to Send To on the File menu and then click Routing Recipient), you randomly receive the following error message:
In Microsoft Windows 95
When you click Details, you receive an error message similar to the following
In Microsoft Windows NT
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, send the file to one recipient at a time rather than sending using the Routing Slip feature. Note that when you send a file to one recipient at a time, the Routing Slip feature will be unavailable.
To send the file to one recipient at a time, use either of the following methods.
Method 1: If the Mail Recipient Command appears on the Send To Menu
On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Mail Recipient.
Method 2: If the Mail Recipient Command Doesn't appear on the Send To Menu
NOTE: If you have already created a routing slip, the Mail Recipient command will not appear on the Send To menu.
If you do not see the Mail Recipient command on the Send To menu, follow these steps:
- On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Other Routing Recipient.
- Click Remove All.
- Click Add Slip.
- On the File menu, point to Send To, and then click Mail Recipient.
