SUMMARY

Microsoft SideWinder gaming devices are not compatible with Game Port-MIDI adapter cables.

These adapter cables are used to simultaneously connect MIDI devices, such as keyboards and sequencers, with joysticks or other gaming devices.

SideWinder gaming devices require a direct connection to the 15-pin game port on your computer. Do not use a Y-cable or MIDI port adapter.
