To disable call waiting, use the following steps:

  1. Right-click the The Microsoft Network icon, and then click Connection Settings.
  2. Click Dialing Properties.
  3. Click the This Location Has Call Waiting check box to select it.

NOTE: Step 4 requires that you know the numbers to dial that disable call waiting. If you do not have this information, contact your telephone company to determine the numbers to dial that disable call waiting.

  1. In the To Disable It Dial box, type the numbers to dial that disable call waiting.
  2. Click Ok, and then click OK.
