SYMPTOMS
If you are using Internet Explorer version 3.0 or 3.01 or if an Internet Gaming Zone page does not load properly, you receive one of the following error messages:
- IE cannot open the Internet site www.zone.com/<filename>
- Error processing /asp/script/games/room:asp: 80070003 (can be any path)
- The system cannot find the specified file.
- The system cannot find the path specified.
RESOLUTION
To resolve the problem, try clicking Refresh on your browser and make sure you are using Internet Explorer version 3.02 or later.
