SYMPTOMS
If you play a Wave (.wav) file, then right-click the article and choose Copy To (either Word or PowerPoint), the you receive the error message:
If you click the Details button, you see the message:
You may be required to shut off the computer with the power switch in order to continue.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Bookshelf 98. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
You can copy the material and then manually switch to Word or PowerPoint, and then paste the material into the document.
