SYMPTOMS

When you try to install Greetings Workshop 2.0 Deluxe on a computer that already has Greetings Workshop 2.0 Standard installed, the Deluxe Setup program will not start automatically. This article discusses how to correctly install Greetings Workshop 2.0 Deluxe.

NOTE: If the computer has Greetings Workshop 1.0, the Setup program will start correctly.

RESOLUTION

To install Greetings Workshop 2.0 Deluxe on a computer that already has Greetings Workshop 2.0 Standard installed, follow these steps:

1. Insert the Greetings Workshop 2.0 Deluxe compact disc labeled "Multimedia Projects and Setup" into the CD-ROM drive.
2. Click Cancel in the AutoRun dialog box.
3. Click the Start button, and click Run. In the Run box, type the following command

   D:\setup.exe

   where D:\ is your CD-ROM drive, and then click OK.

The setup program will start. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
