This article describes how to find help on the playable demonstration programs and product overviews included on the MSN, The Microsoft Network, Premier Membership CD-ROM.

The trial versions and product overviews on the MSN Premier Membership CD-ROM are a preview of Microsoft products. All the support for these products is provided on the MSN Premier Membership CD-ROM. To access the support information, use the following steps:

  1. Insert the MSN CD-ROM in the CD-ROM drive. If the Welcome To MSN Setup screen appears, click Cancel, and then click Yes.
  2. Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
  3. In the Named box, type "sampler.exe" (without quotation marks).
  4. In the Look In box, click the CD-ROM drive that contains the MSN CD-ROM, and then click Find Now.
  5. In the list of found files, double-click the Sampler.exe file.
  6. Click the image for the area that you want to access:

        - Games Arena
        - Kids World
        - Hall of Knowledge & Culture
        - Productivity Central
  7. Click Help, and then click the topic that you want information about.
  8. Repeat steps 6-7 for any other help topics that you want to see.
  9. Close Help, click Exit, and then click Exit.
