SYMPTOMS
When you select an Address Book View container and then try to perform a Directory Export, the Address Book View container is not retained as the selection. It will instead be replaced by the global address list container.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5. Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
WORKAROUND
In the Directory Export window, click the Container button, and select the desired Address Book View container to export.
