SUMMARY
Microsoft Message Queue Server (MSMQ) does not implement any broadcast or multicast services. That is, you cannot send a single message that will be placed in multiple queues on a MSMQ-connected network or MSMQ enterprise.
Functionality such as this is desirable for creating publish-subscribe distribution systems.

Currently, to have copies of a message sent to multiple queues, an application needs to either place the message directly in the inbound queue of the destination client, or the clients must read the message from a central distribution queue.
MSMQ allows a non-destructive read from a queue. That is, a copy of a message can be read from a queue without the message itself being removed from the queue. An application can take advantage of this behavior to implement the central queue distribution method.
Multicast functionality is being considered for a future release of MSMQ.
