SYMPTOMS

When you access the Secondary Mouse menu using the SHIFT+F10 key combination on a Macintosh computer that is running Apple Macintosh OS 8.0, the application may stop responding. You must "Force Quit" using the Command key+OPTION+ESC. All unsaved changes are lost.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, continue to use Apple Macintosh System 7.x. Use the CTRL+mouse button combination to access the Secondary Mouse menu.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange Client version 5.0 for Macintosh. Microsoft is working with Apple Computer to resolve this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
