MSN Quick View Icon Does Not Appear on Taskbar

SYMPTOMS
When you start Windows 95, you may not see the MSN, The Microsoft Network, Quick View icon on the taskbar.
CAUSE
The Msndc.exe file may not have run been during MSN Setup.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.
In the Named box, type "msndc.exe" (without quotation marks), and
then click Find Now.
- Double-click the Msndc.exe file in the list of found files.
- Restart the computer.
