Content Advisor Screen Opens Unexpectedly

SYMPTOMS
While you are using MSN, The Microsoft Network, the Content Advisor screen may open unexpectedly and display the following message:
Sorry! Content Advisor will not allow you to see this site.
CAUSE
You may have enabled Content Advisor when you installed MSN, without creating a supervisor password.
RESOLUTION
To disable Content Advisor, use the following steps:
- Right-click the Internet icon on the desktop, and then click Properties.
- Click the Security tab.
- Under Content Advisor, click Settings.
- In the Supervisor Password Required dialog box, click OK without typing any text in the password box.
- In the Content Advisor screen, click OK.
- Under Content Advisor, click Disable Ratings.
- In the Supervisor Password Required dialog box, click OK without typing any text in the password box.
- Click OK.
