E-mail Received in Different Font Size or Color

SYMPTOMS

When you send e-mail using MSN, The Microsoft Network, to another MSN member, the message may be received in a different font size or color.

CAUSE

You may be using a different version of Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Outlook from the recipient of the message.

RESOLUTION

To maintain the font size and color of e-mail sent to MSN members who use a different version of Microsoft Exchange or Outlook, compose the message in Microsoft WordPad (or any other word processor), and then send the message as an attachment.
