SYMPTOMS
When you attempt to run an analysis on Referring Organizations, all referring organizations are returned as "Unknown Organizations." This happens when you run the analysis against a log file that has extended logging information and has had Title Lookups, IP resolution, and Whois Organizations performed on it.
CAUSE
This is a bug in Usage Analyst. You should see the referring organizations.
MORE INFORMATION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Site Server version 2.0. We are researching this problem and will post new information here in the Microsoft Knowledge Base as it becomes available.
