Mac Bookshelf 98: 360 Degree Views May Turn White After Panning

SYMPTOMS

When you stop panning through a 360 degree view in Microsoft Bookshelf 98, the view window may turn white. If you start to pan through the empty window, the 360 degree view reappears.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, use the following steps to reduce the color palette to 256 colors:

  1. On the Apple menu, click Control Panels.
  2. Double-click Monitors, and then click 256.
