SYMPTOMS
Canceling out of Internet Explorer may cause one of the following error messages:
Setup (.CAB) File Error - Setup has detected the following decoding error "Setup Interrupted". Setup will attempt to recover from this situation. Click OK to continue.

Internet Explorer Installation - Installation Failed: User interrupted operation.
CAUSE
The messages simply mean that setup has been cancelled and the temporary setup files will be removed.
