Password and User Name Case Sensitive When Using DUN Connectoid

SYMPTOMS
If you attempt to use a Dial-Up Networking connectoid to connect to MSN, The Microsoft Network, you may receive the following error message:
The computer you are dialing into could not establish a Dial-Up Networking connection. Check your password, and then try again.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the user name or password specified in the Dial-Up Networking connectoid contains one or more uppercase characters. When you connect to MSN using a Dial-Up Networking connectoid, your user name and password must contain only lowercase characters.
RESOLUTION
Modify the Dial-Up Networking connectoid so that your user name and password contain only lowercase characters.
