SYMPTOMS
After you use the Consider Refinancing area of the Loan Planner Worksheet to refinance an existing loan, any payments for the closed loan remain in the payment calendar.
CAUSE
Money does not actually delete the old account; it marks it as closed.
STATUS
This feature is under review and will be considered for inclusion in a future release.
RESOLUTION
In the Bills place, delete the payment for the closed loan.

To Remove the Payment for the Refinanced Loan in Money 99
- Click Bills on the navigation bar.
- In the left pane, click “Set up Bills & Deposits.”
- Click the bill model for the closed loan that you refinanced.
- Click Delete.
- Click Yes to delete the model.
To Remove the Payment for the Refinanced Loan in Money 98
- Click Bills on the navigation bar.
- Click a payment for the closed loan that you refinanced.
- Click Delete Bill.
- Click Delete All Instances.
