SUMMARY

When you try to send a project created by Greetings Workshop Internet Delivery (GWID), the modem may shut down when you press send. This article discusses a possible solution for this problem.

MORE INFORMATION

As the GWID project is being sent electronically, a series of characters may be encoded to mimic the modem to shut down. To resolve this problem, change your e-mail client's format from Unencode to MIME (or vice versa).

This behavior may occur with either MAPI or non-MAPI compliant e-mail clients.
