SUMMARY

If you use Online Services in Money and your financial institution has notified you of changes to your account number, or if your account type or account number have been set incorrectly, you must follow the steps below to make the necessary changes in your account information.

NOTE: Before you make these changes check with your Bank and/or Online Payment Service to verify the account number has been reset and the new information is correct.

To make the changes in the account information follow the steps for your version of Money.

Money 97

To change the account number or type, follow these steps:

1. Go to Home Banking, click Select Online Services, then click Next.
2. Clcik Next until you reach the screen asking for an account name to set up for Online Services.
3. Choose the account you want to change, click Next, verify the services for this account, then click Next.
4. Change the account number and any other information that needs to be corrected. Click Next and complete the Online Services Wizard for this account.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 for each account that needs new or updated information.

Money 95

To change the account number or type, follow these steps:

1. Go to Online Services and click Signup.
2. Click Next until you reach the screen asking for an account name to set up for Online Services. After you choose the account, click Next until you reach the screen with the account type and number information.
3. Update or change the information, then complete the Online Wizard for this account.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 for each account that needs new or updated information.

Money 3.0

To change the account number or type, follow these steps:

1. Open Money and on the List menu, click Account List.
2. Choose the account you wish to modify and change the information as needed.

After these steps are completed you should be able to connect as usual to your bank or bill paying service and send payment requests or download bank information.
