SYMPTOMS
When you import two folders with the same name from an e-mail program into Outlook Express, only one folder is imported.
RESOLUTION
To work around this behavior, follow these steps:
- Open the e-mail program containing the folders you are trying to import.
- Note the names of the folders you are trying to import, and then rename any folders that have the same name.
- Close the e-mail program containing the folders you are trying to import.
- Import the folders into Outlook Express.
