   Couldn't open file <path>\\Folder.htm.

If you click OK, you receive the following error message:

   File doesn't exist.

If Notepad is your default HTML editor, you receive the following error message:

   Cannot open the <path>\\Folder.htm.
Make sure a disk is in the drive you specified.

CAUSE

You have already customized the folder using the Customize This Folder Wizard.
