APPLIES TO

SUMMARY

The Microsoft Office for Windows 95 Resource Kit incorrectly states on page 674, that "WordPerfect redlining format becomes deletion revision marking in Word."

MORE INFORMATION

Redlining format from WordPerfect 6.x is actually converted into inserted text revision marking.

Redline is a font format that WordPerfect uses to designate text that has changed or that was inserted during the document review process. This format is typically only used for this purpose in WordPerfect, so the WordPerfect 6.x import converter changes it into the equivalent function in Word, which is inserted text revision marking.
