SYMPTOMS
If you edit data in the Notes column of a table, some data may be truncated.
CAUSE
The character limit for the Notes column in a sheet view is 255 characters.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, type the text you want in the Notes box on the Notes tab in the Task Information dialog box (Project menu) or the Notes tab in the Resource Information dialog box (Project menu if you are using the Resource Sheet view).
NOTE: If you add the Notes column to your table and edit the entry, any characters beyond the 255 character limit will be truncated.
