SUMMARY
If you size an Office program window so that a toolbar that is docked at the top of the window does not fit in the window, some toolbar buttons on the toolbar may not be visible, and a small symbol (>>) appears on the right side of the toolbar. If you double-click the symbol, the toolbar becomes undocked and displays all of the toolbar buttons on that toolbar.
MORE INFORMATION
In the Customize dialog box, a toolbar that displayed the symbol (>>) appears with all the toolbar buttons in multiple rows. However, when you close the Customize dialog box, the toolbar buttons are hidden, and the symbol reappears.
The toolbar buttons are wrapped when the Customize dialog box is visible so that you have access to all buttons in case you want to remove a button or insert another button.
