SYMPTOMS

You may receive the following error message when you attempt to save a project in Greetings Workshop:

!Computer Error, I'm Afraid.
A problem occurred while saving your project. Try to specify another name for it. Also, you might be low on disk space. To free up disk space, delete any files that you don't need or transfer some files to a floppy disk or to another drive on your machine.

CAUSE

This error may be caused by one of the following:

  • Your computer is low on hard disk space. Resolve this by following the instructions Rocky suggests in the error message.
  • You have inserted a comma as part of the name of the document. For example, under "Please choose a name" you entered: James, Jr's Card. To resolve this remove the comma from the file name.
