SYMPTOMS
After you click a button on the introductory screen, Microsoft Automap Streets Plus stops responding (hangs).
CAUSE
Automap Streets Plus has been installed on an operating system that does not meet its minimum system requirements. Streets Plus requires Windows NT, version 4.0 or newer.

To qualify as a supported operating system environment, the Automap Streets Plus product box states the following is required:
Microsoft Windows 95 operating system or Windows NT Workstation operating system version 4.0 or later.
