SYMPTOMS
When you launch a Puzzle Collection game, you don't hear any music from the game if Media Player is playing an audio file in the background.
RESOLUTION
To hear music in the game, close the game, switch to and close Media Player, and then restart the game. You should now be able to hear music in the game.
