SYMPTOMS
When you try to connect to First Union Bank to obtain statement information or to pay bills, you recive an error:
Money 4.0
There was a problem with the setup information you entered. You may need to go through Online Services Setup again or call Online Services Customer Support.
Money 3.0
This account is not enabled for On-Line Services. To use On-Line Services, you must complete the application form and send it in. After your application and a voided check are received, your service will be established. Press F1 for more information.
CAUSE
First Union Bank requires Microsoft Money 97, version 5.0 or later for Home Banking.
RESOLUTION
Contact First Union to obtain a free Home Banking Edition of Money. If you track investments in your current version of Money, you should purchase a retail version of Money.
