The Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller Software version 3.02 includes all updates from previous versions of the SideWinder software.
The Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller Software version 3.02 adds support for:
- The Microsoft SideWinder Standard as a 2-axis, 2-button joystick.
- The Microsoft SideWinder Precision Pro with USB.
- The Microsoft SideWinder Freestyle Pro.
- The Microsoft SideWinder Force Feedback Wheel.
The Microsoft SideWinder Game Controller Software version 3.02 also provides an update for Force Feedback devices to prevent timing delays, and installs Microsoft DirectX version 5.2 on your computer if a later version of DirectX is not installed.
This software is designed for Windows 95 and Windows 98.
