Enter the appropriate information in a Word Processor document.
From the File Menu, choose Page Setup.
Select U.S. Letter.
Set Orientation to Landscape.
Set Margins as follows:
Left=5.5 inches Right=1 inches Top=2.5 inches Bottom=2.5 inches
Choose OK.
Use the envelope feeder.
From the File Menu, choose Print or Print Merge.
Choose OK.
