SUMMARY
There is no option to disable the Startup dialog box. This is by design in Works for Windows.

WORKAROUND
Use the Save Workspace feature, which allows you to open any document automatically and bypass the Startup screen. To do so, follow these steps:
- Create a new spreadsheet document.
- Save the file and then minimize the spreadsheet.
- From the File menu, click Save Workspace.
