Pressing SHIFT+Arrow Keys Works Differently in 2.5b & 2.6 ID: Q111255 The information in this article applies to: Microsoft FoxPro for MS-DOS, versions 2.5b and 2.6 Microsoft FoxPro for Windows, versions 2.5b and 2.6 When you hold down the SHIFT key and press the UP ARROW or DOWN ARROW key, FoxPro for MS-DOS and FoxPro for Windows will highlight the text as it scrolls. However, pressing SHIFT and the arrow keys on the numeric keypad highlights text in FoxPro for MS-DOS only when NUMLOCK is on. In FoxPro for Windows, pressing SHIFT and the arrow keys on the numeric keypad highlights text only when NUMLOCK is off.
